  • Club shipments will be sent to you automatically on a quarterly basis*.

    Each shipment will be billed to the credit card provided on your application.

    All membership benefits apply from date of first shipment until membership is canceled.

    A minimum of four shipments will qualify you for the benefits of membership. Thereafter you have no obligation to continue as a member. You may cancel your membership anytime, and stop shipments simply by notifying us by mail, e-mail, or telephone.

    Please inform Blue Rook Cane Spirits of any changes at least two weeks before the start of the next shipment month.

    If a membership is not canceled within two weeks of a scheduled shipment, the final shipment will proceed as scheduled, the member will be charged and the spirits shipped.

    When no order is specified within two weeks of a scheduled shipment:

    • Explorer Members will receive one bottle each of Cachaça, Cane Vodka, Cane Gin, and Barrel Reserve

    • Taste Seeker Members will receive one bottle each of Cachaça and Cane Gin.

    Unreported changes of address, non-delivery and forwarding of packages resulting in additional shipping charges will be passed on to the member. Refused or re-shipped club shipments are subject to a $15 restocking fee.

    Membership is available only to persons of at least 21 years of age.

    Spirits must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older upon delivery.

    Blue Rook Cane Spirits reserves the right to request additional information, to reject any application or to cancel any membership.

    Due to shipping restrictions, membership is only available in the following states: AK, AZ, CT, DC, HI, KY, NE, NV, NH, ND, RI

    Sales and alcohol tax added in states where applicable and shipping limits may apply.
